By downloading, installing, or using LexaWrite ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Who we are

LexaWrite is developed and operated by Salih Caglar Ispirli, an independent developer. Questions? Reach us at hello@lexawrite.ai.

LexaWrite is a macOS application for voice dictation using on-device AI. It is provided "as is" for personal and professional use on macOS 12 and later.

3. Free plan and Pro subscription

LexaWrite offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. The free tier requires no account and includes 5,000 words per month. The Pro subscription is billed monthly and processed through Apple In-App Purchase.

Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the App Store. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

6. Privacy

Your use of LexaWrite is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle data. In short: your voice never leaves your Mac.
